Lilly Urban is set to compete at the NCAA Finals in Eugene, Oregon, Thursday June 11.
Urban, the 2026 Mountain West champion in Javelin, qualified for this week's national meet with a top-12 finish at the NCAA West First Round in Fayetteville, Arkansas, two weeks ago.
Urban heads into the NCAA Outdoor Championships ranked eighth in the nation with her season best throw of 56.60m. She is coming off a tenth place finish at the NCAA West First Round, where she threw 51.17m in tricky conditions.
Thursday, she will throw in Flight 1 of the final at 6:15pm PT. Each of the two flights will have 12 throwers, with 24 total. The top eight finishers earn first-team All-America recognition from the USTFCCCA, while places 9-16 are awarded second-team honors.
