PRIOR TO NEVADA
Comes to Nevada after most recently spending two seasons (2023-24) at UTEP … Played his first two seasons of college football at New Mexico (2021-22) … Started all 16 games in which he appeared for UTEP over his two seasons, recording an interception with 12 pass breakups and 51 tackles … Started each of UTEP’s first four games at cornerback, and utilized his redshirt in 2024 … Recorded 15 tackles (nine solo) with an interception and four pass breakups in 2024 … In 2023, had a team-high eight pass breakups, which also tied for third in C-USA, while making 36 tackles (25 solo) over 12 games … Totaled 57 tackles (34 solo) with 2.0 tackles for loss, sack, five pass breakups and an interception in 18 career games at New Mexico … Started 11 of 12 games, tallying 48 tackles (28 solo) with a tackle for loss, sack, five breakups and an interception in 2022, after appearing in six games as a true freshman in 2021  … At Westfield High School, part of a defense that allowed just 172 points in 15 games in winning the District 16-6A title with an undefeated record … Named First Team All-District 16-6A as a senior … Was also named Academic All-District … Parents are Andre and Sheronda.
